| 摘 要： | 文章基于无线电通信技术和业务不断进步,日益复杂的电磁环境对无线电管理提出更高的要求,针对现有的无线电粗放管理模式逐渐不能满足业务和管理工作需求,提出运用网格化管理理念实现无线电管理信息化、自动化,由被动式行业管理模式向主动式社会化服务型转变,做到管理精确化、科学化,以适应未来无线电管理事业的发展。

| Abstract: | As radio communications technology and business develop constantly,the increasingly complicated electromagnetic environment poses an even strict demand to radio management.The extensive management mode of radio now,however,fails to fulfill the demands of businesses and management.On this basis,the thesis proposes that in order to adapt to the future development of the cause of radio management,we should adopt the concept of grid management to realize the informationalization and automation in radio management;switch the management mode from passive industrial management to active society-and service-oriented management;and make the management precise and scientific. |
