| 摘 要： | 技术转移是实现地区经济社会跨越式发展的重要途径,西部地区经济社会跨越式发展需要大量的技术转移作为支撑.本文在分析了技术转移的概念和特征的基础上,结合西部地区的技术转移现状和存在问题,提出了建立以工程项目带动技术转移、进行社会技术引进等适合西部地区发展的技术转移模式.

| Abstract: | Technology transfer is key way to accomplish leaping development of regional economy and society.It requires an amount of technology transfer as strong point for the West China to achieve leaping development.On the basis of analyzing the concept and feature of technology transfer,and combining with the West China's current situation and problems,this dissertation proposes technology transfer model suitable to the West China such as technology transfer by means of engineering projects and introducing social technology. |
