| Abstract: | In the definite premises, seven principles, determinate measure of cent value, and the statistical formula of sharing value in the miss of duties (sharing value in the encouragement) are presented for the resolution of responsibilities in the management of share-issuing enterprise. It is enumerated count, we considered that the results were feasible and operational meaning. |
