| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校管理重心逐渐向学院一级下移,学院管理模式的转变变得至关重要。根据学院管理的特性,建立教授委员会,充分发挥高层次人力资源的智慧,激发教授治学的积极性,完善更加民主、高效的学院管理决策-执行体系,是实践学院现代管理模式的途径之一。
