| 摘 要： | 本文关注县域经济的发展，从民间资本入手，探讨了启动县域经济发展之路。文章首先对县域经济作了概括性的描述，强调了其重要性，并探讨了目前民间资本利用的现状和问题，从而针对性地提出利用民间资本启动县域经济发展的具体措施，对引进利用民间资本的领域进行了扩展，对于我国目前经济体制改革深化具有一定的意义。

So, it's instruct to enhance the economic system reformation of our country. |
