| 摘 要： | 中国生物制药产业技术在过去30年中经历了快速的发展,这为研究生物制药产业技术的演化和治理机制提供了良好契机。本文首先依据生物制药产业技术的市场价值创造和社会价值创造两个维度,将自1978年以来的中国生物制药产业技术演化划分为三个阶段,并对其存在的问题加以简要分析。其次,以行动者网络理论(ANT)作为基本分析工具,进一步探讨中国生物制药产业技术网络的运行机制及其治理模式。最后,作者据此为中国生物制药产业技术提出相关的政策建议。
