| 摘 要： | 在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上,基于复杂性科学对组织知识管理系统的演化的机理、组织知识管理熵进行了富有创新性的研究.本文首先分析了组织知识管理系统的耗散结构特征、稳定性和结构失稳特征,然后研究了组织知识管理系统演化的诱发机制,非线性动力学机制,组织知识管理系统系统涨落的机理.文章指出组织知识管理系统的自演化过程就是一个涨落、分叉的过程.
