| 摘 要： | 现有文献对正在不断完善之中的破坏性创新理论展开论述,但都缺乏一个综合的理解。通过梳理国内外相关文献,分析观点间的分歧和内在联系,归纳出破坏性创新的动态过程概念、主要特征以及低端破坏和新市场破坏的三种不同的市场侵蚀模式,并对破坏性创新的根本驱动力和事前识别框架进行了探讨,从而对破坏性创新理论形成较为全面的认识。最后总结了本文的主要观点并有针对性地提出未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of literature discussing the disruptive innovation theory,but they all lack a comprehensive understanding.Through combing the foreign literature,this paper analyzes the differences of view points and the internal relations of literatures,and summarizes the dynamic process concept,main features of disruptive innovation,and three kinds of market encroachment mode of the low-end disruption and new-market disruption.The paper discusses the fundamental driving force and the exante identification framework of disruptive innovation,and gets a more comprehensive understanding of disruptive innovation theory.It sums up the main point of this article,and puts forward the direction of future research accordingly. |
