| 摘 要： | 本文通过对产业集群创新的分析,构建了产业集群创新系统,归纳了产业集群创新系统的六个特征。同时,将创新型人力资本分为四类:企业家型人力资本,管理创新型人力资本,技术创新型人力资本,以及信息型人力资本。根据对产业集群创新系统,以及四类创新型人力资本特质的研究,提出了创新型人力资本在产业集群创新系统中的五条增值路径:主导产业企业的聚集效应产生的路径;主导产业企业和上下游关联企业的集聚效应产生的路径;主导产业企业和竞争企业的聚集效应产生的路径;集群内企业与供应商、客户的聚集效应产生的路径;集群内核心要素与支撑要素的协同效应产生的路径。
