| 摘 要： | 根据商业银行自身的企业特性以及我国银行业的现有格局分布和面临的背景形势,指出我国银行业应该选择“一头两翼”的改革和发展定位,即以商业银行为“龙头”,以政策性银行和“居民信用社”为平衡性发展的双翼。
