| 摘 要： | 在世界经济大发展的时代，尤其我国加入WTO在即，正确剖析中西部地区对外经济开放水平具有重要的现实意义。本文从对外贸易和外商投资两方面对中西部对外开放的现状进行了分析，并指出造成此落后状况的原因，最后从宏观和微观层次对中西部如何提高对外开放水平提出了一些可行性策略和建议。

Preliminary Analysis and Countermeasures of the Open Level of Mid-west China |

| Abstract: | ： At present， with the rapid development of world economy， especially with the imminence of China＇s entry into WTO， properly analyzing the economic open level of the mid－west has great practical significance． In this article， the author firstly analyzes the present situation of the economic open level in the mid－west from foreign trade and foreign investment two aspects， then he indicates the main reasons for the formation of backwardness． Finally from macro ＆ micro－levels， the anther puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the economic open level of mid－west China． |
