| 摘 要： | 大多数企业只是单纯在技术层面上考虑实施企业资源计划ERP,这只能提供核心信息系统功能,并未给企业带来真正的商业价值。本文认为只有从经营战略层面出发,制定具体的策略,才能获得企业核心的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Many enterprises only consider carrying out the enterprise resource pl anning (ERP) on a technical level. However, this could just provide the main fun ction of information system and could not bring the real commercial value for th e enterprises. This paper holds that core competitive advantages cannot be obtai ned until specific strategies of ERP on the operating level is formulated. |
