| Abstract: | Through analysis of the relations between high-tech enterprises and technological innovation, this paper puts forward five hypothetical relations of technological innovation capability on the impact of high-tech corporate governance. It also establishes a set of suitable indicators concerned with governance and technological innovation capability. |
