差序格局下本土组织行为探析

摘    要:"差序格局"是儒家文化下的特有社会结构,其主要特征是人与人之间以"关系"为纽带;高权力距离;"圈内"高信任,"圈外"低信任;在交往过程中,"亲人"、"熟人"、"生人"差别对待,注重"人情"和"面子"。"差序格局"下本土组织主要表现为:组织的非正式性,员工分为"圈内人"和"圈外人";组织运行中,采用家长式领导;轻规章、制度,重"面子"、"人情"、"关系";组织用人、人员考评和晋升中,能力、关系相互作用。管理中要充分利用"关系"的正效应,建立中国式团队,重视"人情"、"面子"在激励中的作用,发挥本土组织行为的最大效用。

Abstract:Chaxugeju is a special social construction under the culture of confucian.Main characters includes the relations of people are tied by guanxi;high power distance;higher trust in inside,lower trust in outside;in the course of association,it is taken different attitudes among one’s nearest and dearest,acquaintances and strangers,paying attention to renqin and face.Under the culture of Chaxugeju,organization is informal,differentiates the people into two parts,including insides and outsides.In the function of organizations,it is excised the paternalistic leader.mianzi,renqin and guanxi are paid more attention to,and rules,systems are neglected.Ability and guanxiare interaction in employing,assessing,promotion.Taking positive function of guanxi,Chinese groups were built up.Renqin and mianzi should be paid more attention to in encouraging,making Chinese organization most effective.
