| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了新制度经济学中的制度供需和制度短缺的理论,并用该理论对我国风险投资市场的现状进行了分析,指出政府是我国风险投资市场制度供给的主体,政府的制度供给应该以制度需求为依据,并为风险投资市场主体即民间资本服务,从而使风险投资的参与者直接受益于制度供给。着重分析了我国风险投资市场的多方面制度需求,并针对这些制度需求提出了相应的对策建议,得出了我国政府应逐步建立风险投资市场需求导向型的制度供给模式的结论。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the theories of institutional supply, demand and shortage in New Institutional Economics are introduced, then the situation of current Chinese venture investment market is analyzed according to these theories. The government is regarded as the main body of institutional supply in venture investment market. The governmental institutional supply should base on the institutional demand, serving the main body of venture investment market, non-governmental capitals, and making them benefit from institutional supply. In addition, multiple-level institutional demands are analyzed in detail and the related solutions are also provided. Finally, the authors come to the conclusion of establishing demand-oriented institutional supply model by our government gradually. |
