转型经济下中国企业人力资源管理角色转变与组织有效性的关联研究

摘    要:研究转型经济下中国企业人力资源管理(HRM)角色转变的现状以及HRM角色转变对组织有效性的影响。结果发现:转型经济下我国企业HRM角色转变现状呈现复杂状况,一部分企业仍然处于传统的人力资源管理阶段,大部分企业正向战略人力资源阶段转变;转型经济下我国企业HRM角色转变与组织有效性呈正相关关系。

Abstract:This paper researches the current situation of HRM roles in enterprises in Chin's transition,which is assumed to have an effect on organizational effectiveness.We find most organizations have shifted from traditional HRM to SHRM while a small portion still has adopted traditional HRM.Changing roles of HRM are positively related to organizational effectiveness.
