| 摘 要： | 技术创新已日益成为国内外企业发展的焦点话题,被视为企业获取竞争优势和能够持续发展的关键环节,但如何对企业的技术创新能力进行评估,或者说如何持续不断提高企业的技术创新能力,如今已成为制约我国技术创新发展的一道鸿沟。本文的目的就是力图在借鉴别人研究的基础上,为我国企业设计出一套适合国情、易于实践操作的技术创新能力评估体系。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation becomes a hot issue on enterprise development,and is regarded as the key factor to persistent competitive advantages of enterprises.However,how to evaluate the technological innovation ability of enterprises,or how to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises,becomes an obstacle to the technological innovation development of Chinese enterprises.On the basis of previous study,this paper aims to design a proper and practical evaluation attribute system of the technological innovation ability according to the conditions of Chinese enterprises. |
