| 摘 要： | 高科技风险投资项目具有高风险、高收益、高增长潜力的特点。如何较好评价风险从而较好地防范、控制和规避风险，减少投资过程中的不确定性是高科技风险投资成败的关键。基于这一点，本文从风险投资的特点入手，通过对高科技风险投资项目的分析，建立起一套风险评价体系，希望能够对我国风险投资业的发展有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The high-tech risk investment project is characterized by high-risk, high-return and high growth potentiality. How to well evaluate risk, so as to better prevent, control, hedge risk, and decrease the uncertainty in the process of investment, is the key to the success of the high-tech risk investment. For this purpose, the article begins by illustrating the characteristics of risk investment, then analyses the high-tech risk investment project, and establishes a set of risk evaluation system. The article is expected to be helpful to the development investment in our country in a way. |
