| 摘 要： | 以准分离均衡为基础,对产权交易定价过程进行了博弈分析,指出产权交易中一对一博弈的买卖双方存在(好,高价,买)、(差,低价,买)、(差,高价,买)、(好,高价,不买)四种可能的博弈结果;同时,给出了卖方在其经营状况差时选择以高价或低价出售的判断标准。并最终得出了连续交易的博弈结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the semi-separating equilibrium,this paper analyses the pricing course of the prop-erty right transactions,and points out that there are four outcomes existing in the one-to-one game:(good,high price,buy),(badness,low price,buy),(badness,high price,buy) and(good,highprice,abnegation);It also gives the judgment criterion by which the seller decides to use the high or lowprice when its situation is badness.Finally,the paper educes the game result of the continuous trades. |
