| Abstract: | The systemic construct of a corporation is abstracted into a system of satisfaction and evaluation index is established in this paper.Thereafter,it puts forwards a new model and method of meta-synthesis evaluation to evaluate integrated performance of a corporation using management entropy and dissipative structure theory of management. |
