| 摘 要： | 首先对组织公民行为的内涵、结构和测量进行了归纳,对影响组织公民行为的主要因素进行分析,并研究了组织公民行为对组织绩效的影响,最后提出关于加强企业管理,提升企业员工组织公民行为的途径。
