| 摘 要： | 技术产权交易市场是近年来在全国各地涌现的集技术交易、产权交易以及资本市场诸多功能于一身的新型交易市场。这种创新型市场主要通过对原来技术交易市场、产权交易市场的创新以及重新设立等形式而产生。理论和实践表明,技术产权交易这一创新交易模式具备高效资源配置、理性投资、价值发现、完善风险投资体系等功能。
