| Abstract: | This paper analyzes advantages and disaduantages on the current E-government Planning decision modes which are based on technology and customer in practice. In order to overcome these disadvantages, this paper gives a new frame of decision - making support mode of E - government planning and its operation steps based on the Soft System Methodology. Finally, the paper brings forward prospect of future mode of E - government. |
