| 摘 要： | 根据科技型中小企业高成长性和高风险性的特点,将实物期权思想引入科技型中小企业战略选择与柔性决策,从定性和定量两方面识别和分析科技型中小企业实物期权的种类和来源,建立基于实物期权的科技型中小企业战略选择与柔性决策过程,进而通过战略行动主动地创造期权,使科技型中小企业在现有高度不确定的环境中拥有更多的主动权和灵活性。

| Abstract: | Based on the high growth and high risk characteristic of small and medium-sized technological enterprise,the article applies the real option thinking to the choice and strategic flexibility decision of small and medium-sized technological enterprise,identifies and analyzes the type and source of the real option in this kind of enterprise's strategic flexibility decision from both qualitative and quantitative analysis,and builds the process of this kind of enterprise strategic flexibility decision based on the real option.Besides,we can also create the real option in the daily grind to make more flexibility for the small and medium-sized technological enterprise in a high uncertain environment. |
