| 摘 要： | 构建了一种循环经济与技术创新协同发展的模型,提出政府征收污染排放费并提供新技术补贴,企业交纳排污费并积极采用新技术,从政府和企业两个维度实现循环经济与技术创新的协同发展。从技术创新角度,运用成本-收益分析方法对模型进行分析,得到了污染排放定价的一个有效区间。结果讨论认为,政府通过对企业污染排放合理定价并征收费用是促进循环经济与技术创新协同发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a novel Synergy Development Model which suggests that technical innovation should change the development direction for circular economy,then it builds a novel synergy development Model for circular economy and technical innovation and gets the range of emissions pricing based on technical innovation. Results show that the sensible emissions pricing is an effective approach to further synergy development between circular economy and technical innovation. |
