| 摘 要： | 通过构建能源消耗、环境污染治理与投资的收益和效用均衡模型,分析能源消耗结构、环保规制与投资结构之间的内在关系.实证结果发现:工业能源消耗结构受到污染排放和治理、投资结构、技术、价格等因素的影响,区域产业结构和资源禀赋条件的差异也影响着能源消耗结构的优化.由此从产业结构、政府调控和市场机制等方面提出能源消耗结构的优化对策.

| Abstract: | By building revenue and utility maximization model between the energy consumption, environmental pollution treatment and investment to analyze the inherent law between the energy consumption structure, environmental pollution treatment and investment structure.The empirical analysis results show that the industrial energy consumption structure affected by pollutants and governance, investment structure, technological and prices.Regional differences in industrial structure and natural resources conditions also affect the optimal path of the industrial energy consumption structure.So this paper proposes the optimal advises from the industrial structure, government regulation and market mechanisms. |
