| 摘 要： | 文章详细论述了苏州农业职业技术学院在服务“三农”方面的做法和成效。主要做法包括发挥传统优势，创新办学内涵；通过“科技下乡”、“科技合作”、“科技特派员”等多种形式，积极开展各类技术培训，为“三农”建设培养高素质农民；加强与政府、企业的合作，加大成果转化与推广力度，促进农村经济发展；建立多种科技合作平台，促进地区现代农业发展；加强新农村建设的理论和实践问题研究，为地方提供政策咨询服务；创新保障机制，发挥科技为农服务的积极性。

| Abstract: | Constructing socialist new countryside to promote modem agricultural development is China＇s strategic policy to deal with issues related to agriculture, villages and farmers. Higher agricultural institutions shoulder the historic task of serving modem agricultural development. In this respect, Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture （SPIA） has made considerable fruitful explorations. This paper elaborates on the practices and results of the school＇s outreach to agriculture, villages and farmers. Making full use of traditional advantages while innovating the college orientation; training qualified farmers in various extension programs such as ＂Technology to the Countryside＂, ＂Scientific and Technological Cooperation＂, ＂Special Technology Agent＂; strengthening cooperation with government and enterprises to promote the transformation and extension of scientific and technological achievements into actual productive forces in rural economic development; setting up various platforms for scientific and technological cooperation to promote regional development of modem agriculture; probing into theoretical and practical issues regarding the construction of new-style countryside so as to provide policy consultation for local areas; innovating the safeguard mechanism to mobilize the initiatives to serve agriculture with science and technology. |
