| 摘 要： | 在全球经济一体化的背景下，面对日益频繁的专利侵权纠纷，最好的方式就是开展专利预警，应用好专利保护制度。本文介绍了国内外专利预警建设的现状，分析了广西企业专利预警所面临的问题，提出了建立广西企业专利预警系统的初步设想。

| Abstract: | Under the background of global economic integration, the best way to avoid the increasingly frequent patent infringement is to conduct patent early warning and make good use of patent protection system. This article describes the present situation of domestic and foreign patent early warning development, and also analyzes the problems of patent early warning in Guangxi enterprises, and raises some initial ideas of building up patent early warning system of Guangxi enterprises. |
