新时期高校科技创新人才激励问题思考

摘    要:我国高校教育日益发展,但其对科技创新人才的激励机制仍然存在诸多问题。对现存问题的揭示和反思有助于帮助管理者解决高校大量科技创新人才的低效运转和高比率流失的困境。文章尝试从竞争与团队文化建设、管理与自主权力下放以及激励手段选择等多方面入手,以现代管理理论和心理学理论为依据,深入探讨现阶段高校科技创新人才激励中的若干问题和误区。

Abstract:The high education is developing in China, but there are still problems with incentive mechanism of technological innovative talent. It would be helpful for managements to solve the low efficiency and high loss rate of technological innovational talents if such problems are discovered and reconsidered. The author tried to discuss the issues and misunderstandings in the incentive mechanism of technological innovation talents from the aspects of competition and team work construction, management and power decentralization, and incentive mechanism based on the theory of modem management and psychology.
