| 摘 要： | 文章主要通过对宁波市企业产学研合作情况的调查，分析了企业开展产学研合作的动机与目的、产学研合作的主要方式以及利益分配方式、产学研合作过程中遇到的问题与风险、对合作伙伴及合作项目的要求等，并对进一步推进企业产学研合作提出了有效的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes enterprises＇ motivation and aim of university-industry cooperation, the major pattern of university- industry cooperation as well as earning division method, the problems and risks in university-industry cooperation and the requirements of cooperation partner and projects, based on the study of Ningbo university-industry corporation cases. This article also gives out solutions and suggestions for further cooperation and development. |
