| 摘 要： | 21世纪,经济全球化时代悄然来临,经济舞台越来越宽广。作为市场舞台的主体,企业不仅会受到本国其它企业的竞争,更会遭遇激烈的国际竞争。资本的积聚形成规模日益庞大的跨国巨头,而具有资金和技术密集特点的我国跨国企业集团在面临挑战的同时也有很多机遇。在对外投资上,要注重多因素互动,实现双向的多层面循环。在目标市场的选择上,既要能够对企业的产业结构或技术发展产生波及效应,又要遵循结构高度同质性基准,按照边际产业或边际生产环节的顺序对外投资,在发展中国家和发达国家选取不同的行业。在进入方式的选择上,要力争采取综合模式,有效利用各类基本方式的优点,避免各自的不足。中国跨国企业集团在发达国家投资宜采取购并方式,在发展中国家采取新建方式,调整投资、多渠道融资、高度重视现金流管理、严格成本费用控制和建立财务预警机制,必须正确认识合资方式的利弊和东道国的规定,实现和谐发展。

Study on Financial Strategy for Enterprise and Investment Abroad for Capital Widening under the Financial Crisis |

| Abstract: | In the 21st century, with the arrival of economic globalization, economic stage is becoming wide. The enterprises, as the mainstay of market, have to compete with both other enterprises at home and with international enterprises. The accumulation of capitals forms increasingly huge multinational magnate, and China's enterprises with intensive capitals and techniques are facing up more challenges and opportunity. In foreign investment, the enterprises should lay stress on multifactor interaction and reach by-directional and multifaceted circulation. In choice of target market, the enterprises can generate ripple effects to industrial structure or technical development, and follow homogeneity of structure height to choose different industries to invest in developing and developed countries according to the sequences of marginal industries and marginal production links. In choice of entrance, the enterprises should try to take comprehensive mode to use the basic advantages and to avoid their disadvantages. China's multinational enterprise groups should take merger and acquisition in developed countries and take new construction in developing countries through investment adjustment, multiple financing, cash flow management, cost control, and early warning system of accounting, recognize the advantages and disadvantages of joint venture and the host country's regulations, and realize harmonious development. |
