| 摘 要： | 研究型大学作为国家科研创新的重要力量,已逐步创建了一批具有科研攻关、学术创新和人才培养功能的实验室科研团队。这些实验室团队根据研究型大学的发展和科研任务的需要,逐步形成了具有不同成员结构和构成特征的团队构成类型,分析这些不同类型的实验室科研团队在团队构建和运行过程中,呈现出的多样化团队构成特点和科研合作特征;同时,进一步挖掘目前研究型大学实验室团队构成中存在的不合理因素和相关问题,进而根据具体问题提出相应的对策分析和建议。

| Abstract: | As an important research power of national research and innovation,scientific research universities have established a batch of research teams for scientific research,academic innovation and personnel training.These laboratory teams meet the current needs of university development and scientific research forming different member composition and research corporation peculiarities step by step.Moreover,according to the current situation of these laboratory teams’ composition and the unreasonable factors and problems existed,we discuss the definite problems and put forward a further countermeasure analysis. |
