| 摘 要： | 在国家教育部的积极推动下,虽然高校产业规范化建设已经取得很大进展,企业依法建立了股东会、董事会和监事会制度,在学校和企业之间筑起了一道"防火墙",但是企业管理并未真正实现校企分开,"三会"制度名存实亡。因此,未来高校产业规范化建设仍然任重道远。

| Abstract: | Under active impelling of National Ministry of Education, standardization of colleges and universities industry has made great progress. A "firewall"has been built up between schools and enterprises when the latter set up system of meeting of shareholders, board of directors and board of supervisors. But Enterprise management has not really achieved the separation of school and enterprise, which results in "three meeting" existing in name only. So, standardization of colleges and universities industry has a long way to go. |
