| 摘 要： | 本文讨论科技管理方法作用于管理对象后,引起管理对象的心理和行为变化的途径和过程。即用科学学等基础理论探讨科技管理方法的应用机制和管理效果的理论。主要内容有(1)从管理机理的角度界定管理、管理者、基础理论、桥梁学科等概念。(2)明确科技管理学的基础理论与管理方法的范围。(3)发掘科技管理方法的作用途径与过程。(4)阐析科技管理机理的学术新意和可能解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The thesis focus on the psychological and behavioral changes produced by the application of scientific management measures. That is the basic theory of science of science to explore the application mechanism and the effect of scientific management.The primary contents are as follows （1）Define the concept of management, managers, basic theory, bridges and other subjects from the perspective of management mechanism. （2）Make clear the basic theory of scientific management and the range of management methods. （3）Explore the application mechanism of scientific management.（4） Analyse innovative scientific management mechanism and possible solutions. |
