摘    要:模块化作为新产业组织结构的本质,对企业生产方式及产业发展模式的变革产生了颠覆性影响,模块化发展经历了技术模块化、产品模块化、企业组织模块化和产业组织模块化的过程。在对产业组织模块化理论研究成果进行梳理的基础上,运用价值增值法测度了我国高技术产业在1999—2016年间的模块化发展水平。同时,建立了我国高技术产业模块化发展的动力指标体系,基于2007—2016年的相关统计数据,利用熵值法对数据进行处理获得各指标的综合评价数值,使用灰色关联分析方法计算得出各动力因素对高技术产业模块化发展的影响程度。结果表明,技术因素对高技术产业模块化发展的影响作用最大,经济因素次之,需求因素的作用较大,而反映产业内生动力因素的产业发展水平对产业模块化的影响较小,政府支持是影响作用最小的动力因素。在此基础上,从政府、企业和产业三个维度上,对促进高技术产业发展提出了对策建议。

Dynamic Mechanism for Development of Industrial Organization Modularity Based on Empirical Research of High-tech Industry

Abstract:As the essence of new industrial organization structure, modularization has a subversive impact on the transformation of enterprise production mode and industrial development mode. Modularization development has experienced the process of technology modularization, product modularization, enterprise organization modularization and industrial organization modularization. On the basis of combing the theoretical research results of industrial organization modularization, this paper uses value-added method to measure the modularization development level of China's high-tech industry between 1999 and 2016. At the same time, this paper establishes the dynamic index system for the modular development of high-tech industries in China. Based on the relevant statistical data from 2007 to 2016, the comprehensive evaluation values of each index are obtained by using the Entropy Method. Using Grey Relational Analysis Method to calculate and get the influence degree of each dynamic factor on the modular development of high-tech industry. The results show that technological factors have the greatest impact on the modular development of high-tech industries, followed by economic factors and demand factors. The level of industrial development, which reflects the endogenous dynamic factors of industry, has less influence on industrial modularization, and government support is the least dynamic factor. On this basis, from the three dimensions of government, enterprise and industry, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industry.
