摘    要:探讨学习、知识能量及核心能力如何提升组织的绩效,并以华南地区的157家企业为对象进行实证研究.结果表明,以学习为导向的组织必须通过知识能量的积累才能促进核心能力的提升并最终提高组织的绩效;知识能量的积累并不能直接带来组织绩效的改善,而需通过核心能力的提升才能对组织绩效产生间接的正向影响.

Abstract:Employing a sample of 157 firms based in the South China region, we examine the correlations among organizational learning, knowledge energy, core competency and firm performance. Based on the relational viewpoint, knowledge management and organizational learning theory, we propose that organizational learning has a positive direct impact on knowledge energy; that knowledge energy has a positive direct impact on core capability; that core capability has positive direct impact on organizational performance; that organizational learning has positive indirect impact on core capability and organizational performance by knowledge energy; and that knowledge energy has a positive indirect impact on organizational performance by core capability. The research results indicate that organizational learning does not affect core competency directly but must rely on the moderator of knowledge energy; that organizational learning, knowledge energy do not affect firm performance directly but must rely on the moderator of core competency.
