| Abstract: | This study first address three analysis levels of entrepreneurial orientation, and then delineates and refines the definition and dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. This paper seeks to understand entrepreneurial orientation construct from five dimensions, which are innovativeness, risk-taking, pro-activeness, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy. This study suggests that relative research concerning entrepreneurial orientation be based upon firm level from a multi-dimension view. |
