| 摘 要： | 分析了知识的转移特性和转移过程;从系统的角度,构建了一个开放的组织知识转移-创造-应用系统框架;提出了知识凝炼化和沉积化概念,并在SECI知识螺旋模型基础上,建立了开放的组织知识转移-创造-应用模型.该模型反映了一条完整的知识转移链.

| Abstract: | The transfer process and transfer characteristic of knowledge are discussed, and a framework of organization knowledge transfer-creation-applicatlon system is constructed from the view of system. Two new concepts of abstractionalization and depositization are introduced. Based on the framework, the new concepts and SECI knowledge spire model, this paper establishes a new open knowledge transfer-creation-application model, which reflects a complete knowledge transferring chain. |
