| 摘 要： | 阐释了知识链及其生命周期,将知识链的生命周期划分为酝酿期、组建期、运行期、解体期四个阶段,分析了生命周期各阶段中知识链管理的流程和内容,构建了基于生命周期的知识链管理框架模型。

| Abstract: | This paper defines knowledge chain and its life cycle, which is divided into four phases: a period of brewing, a period of constructing, a period of running and a period of disjointing. Moreover, a frame model of knowledge chain management based on life cycle is constructed, after it discusses on the process of knowledge chain management in every phase of life cycle. |
