| Abstract: | Innovation provides a major source of competitive advantage for high-tech enterprises.In a high-tech industrial cluster-network relationship becomes the main form of innovative relationship among cluster agents.We presents an analysis on innovative network in such a cluster and emphasizes the U-I linkages mutually formed by cluster enterprises with local or non-local universities in innovative networks.It concludes that informal network relation is an important form of U-I linkages-knowledge base of cluster... |
