| 摘 要： | 以孵化企业以及创业者视角和需求,通过实证数据分析并检验了我国科技企业孵化器目前所提供服务项目内容与服务绩效之间的关系,研究表明,六个核心服务因素对孵化器服务绩效具有显著影响,在一定程度上揭示了科技企业孵化器的服务功能和本质.

| Abstract: | From the points of the view and need of incubating enterprises and entrepreneurs, this paper verified the relationship between service project and service performance based on the data analysis, and indicated that six core serviceelements have remarkably positive effects on service performance. The results reveal partially the tunction and essences of technology business incubator. |
