我国企业集团行业多元化动因的分析

摘    要:首先对多元化进行界定,指出行业多元化的刺激因素、动机和动因是不同的概念;在此基础上回顾了西方关于企业集团多元化动因的文献,并将中国案例与西方进行比较,指出中国企业集团的多元化主要是转型期各种内外部刺激因素推动的结果。从各种刺激因素来看,中国企业集团的多元化还有很长一段路要走。

Abstract:This article defines corporate diversification firstly, and then points out the difference between incentives and motives of industry diversification. Based on the differentiation above, we reviewed the western literatures about incentives and motives of business group diversification and made it in comparison with Chinese case. Finally, we draw the conclusion that many incentives exist in the Transition Economy have forced Chinese business groups to diversify. Because all the incentives are inevitable to meet in the Transition Economy, the diversification of Chinese business groups will have a long way to go.
