| Abstract: | This paper researches the construction activities and the paths of high-tech enterprises' cooperative R&D networks. The construction activities comprise building cooperative foundations, searching and choosing partner members and setting up cooperative networks. In this paper, construction paths are divided into three types, which are self-organizing path, being-organized path and hybrid organizing path. |
