| 摘 要： | 随着经济的快速发展，企业环境变化加快，企业经营的不确定性增加，企业危机的危害性和频数增加。研究危机视角的变化使危机诊断成为可能。单凭高层管理者对危机进行诊断有较大的局限性，需要引入危机管理团队（crisis management team，CMT），为提高危机诊断准确性指出一些注意事项。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid economic development, accelerating changes in the business environment, the enhancement of the uncertainty of enterprise management, enterprise crises increase the danger and frequency. The change of crisis visual angle makes crisis issue diagnosis becoming possible. Diagnosis of senior managers alone has large limitations, and we introduce crisis management team (crisis management team that CMT). In order to improve the accuracy of crisis issue diagnosis, we bring forward a few matters that need to be paid attention to. At last, we illustrate the correctness of the concept combining with case. |
