| 摘 要： | 比较了规模化产业链、专业化产业集群以及模块化产业链知识整合的内容和途径。从知识整合的视角,分析了产业链分工演进的不同阶段对制度需求的差异,认为模块化产业链在对第三方强制履约效率、产业进入自由、知识产权保护、关联产业支持等几个方面对制度环境提出了更高的要求。

And draws conclusion that the development of modularity industry chain depend on market which government supply more complete service and less constraints. |
