国外团队有效性研究新进展述评

摘    要:知识经济时代,随着团队在企业中的广泛应用,如何管理和有效运作团队成为现代企业面临的新挑战,同时也成为组织行为学领域的研究热点之一。在近年来国外文献的基础上,着重对国外团队有效性研究的核心问题——研究模型及其影响因素展开分析与讨论,最后提出了现有研究的局限性和团队有效性未来研究的方向。

Abstract:With wide application of teams in organizations in the era of knowledge-based economy,how to effectively manage teams has been become new challenge to modern organizations,and research on team effectiveness in organizational behavior is very popular. Based on the extensive foreign literature review,this article gives special emphasis to team effectiveness models and research investigating factors that influence the effectiveness of teams in organizations. Finally,some limits on the existing research are discussed,and new directions for future research are indicated.
