| 摘 要： | 中小企业集群内的知识和技术外溢会带来集群内模仿行为,挫伤创新企业技术创新的积极性。通过博弈模型研究发现,若将企业间横向合作与技术创新活动策略性地联结起来,就可能形成一种制度安排,能够有效解决企业创新激励不足问题。以义乌小商品制造集群作为案例,验证上述理论模型。

| Abstract: | In SEM clusters, the spillovers of knowledge and technology encourage imitative behaviors and discourage the enthusiasm of enterprises for technological innovation. By modeling, the paper finds that one kind of institutional arrangement may solve the insufficient incentive problem effectively. A case study of Yiwu's industrial clusters is presented finally to prove the main points of this paper. |
