| 摘 要： | 获取知识资源是当今企业兼并收购的一个重要目的。知识资源的战略重要性决定了知识资源整合是企业兼并收购后的重要工作内容。只有对知识资源进行有效整合才能够促进协同效应的发生，提高并购企业的核心竞争能力和绩效水平。知识资源整合主要包括组织整合、人力资源整合、管理流程整合、市场整合和文化整合等五个方面的内容。

Integration of knowledge resources after merger and acquisition can greatly facilitate the Synergies, and improve firm's core competitive capability and performance. Knowledge resources integration mainly included organization integration, human resource integration, management flow integration, market integration and culture integration. |
