| 摘 要： | 从科技中介组织在国家创新系统中的功能定位入手,指出运行机制的不合理是制约我国科技中介组织功能发挥的一大障碍,并分析了其在运作模式、管理体制、人员结构、业务范围、服务手段等方面存在的缺陷和问题。在此基础上,提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the orientation of science and technology intermediary in national innovation system has been studied. The problem of deficiency of its running mechanism is an obstacle to the development of science and technology intermediary. The problems in its operation pattern, organization management, personnel qualification, business scope and service means have also been analyzed. Finally, a series of police suggestions to improve the running mechanism of science and technology intermediary have been proposed to optimize the structure of the science and technology intermediary. |
