| Abstract: | Modern technology changes the mode of humankinds' subsistence,brings us great welfare,but also brings a series of technology risks never exist before. The paper expands the comprehension of risk technology,from the science field to the social and psychological and cultural fields. We should construct the new ideas of technology risk management,which is the humanity orientation of it. |
